Class 2 Driver (with Second Man)

Location: East Kilbride, Scotland
Salary: £14.75 per hour
Job Type: Temporary (Temp to Perm for the right person)
Start Date: Immediate
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 6am start and approx 3pm finish(a degree of flexibility is required)

Description:
We are seeking a Class 2 Driver to join our client's growing team in East Kilbride.This is a two-person delivery role, so you will be accompanied by a second man to assist with handling of heavier items and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle and demonstrate previous experience
• Complete deliveries and collections across Scotland
• Work collaboratively with your second man for loading/unloading
• Provide excellent customer service at all delivery and collections points

Requirements:

• Valid Class 2 licence
• DBS Check (will be done when starting)
• CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work as a team delivering and collecting a variety of doors and flooring.
